We constantly strive to improve our patient service, and in
doing so we had our annual plan meeting! We take time out of our busy schedule
to brainstorm ways to make our office a more patient friendly place. As part of
a team building exercise to improve communication, we had to build marshmallow structures
within a certain time frame. Congrats to the winners, whose careful planning
got them the first choice prize! ( a pair of Christmas socks!)
